I've got a couple of good women working alongside me now, and I am particular about who I bring into somebody's home. I walk every house myself before we ever start. I set the price myself. And when you call, you get me - not a dispatcher, not a call center three states away.
We learn a house the way you'd want us to. Which cabinet the trash bags live in. Which rug can't get wet. That you'd rather we start upstairs. You shouldn't have to explain it twice.
